Dr. Christopher Calapai, D.O. is an Osteopathic Physician board certified in family medicine, anti-aging medicine and chelation therapy. He is often refered to as, “The Stem Cell Guru” and was named that by the New York Daily News. I always have organic vegetables and juices in my fridge. Also, I always have organic berries.

B12 is a great vitamin to give you energy. Vitamin C and D as well as ginseng are all good for boosting your metabolism.
