We are wrapping up the week with actress Doris Morgado. You may know her from movies like Logan, 2 Guns, and tv shows like Chicago Med, The Red Road, Colony, Jane the Virgin, NCIS & NCIS: New Orleans. She has worked opposite of Denzel Washington, Mark Wahlberg, John Travolta, Dwayne Johnson and many more. She is talented, and also works in the community lending her voice to speak to at risk youths in both Spanish and English speaking communities.
Today she gives us her picks for The Beauty Wrap Up.
Lipstick or Lipgloss:
Although I always do a combo of lipstick then lipgloss. I have been known to just do lipgloss on a regular basis. I love my Artistry Pink Nude because it has right amount of sheer and gloss to give my lips a natural shimmer.
Natural or Glam:
I’m more of a natural look. For industry events I love rocking smoky eyes but that natural fresh face look is my go to on an every day basis.
Brigitte Bardot or Audrey Hepburn:
I won’t lie, I had to look up who Brigitte Bardot was. Comparing both her and Audrey’s style. I have to say that I lean more towards Brigitte. It seems that she had some edge mixed in with sexiness and vulnerability. That really stood out to me and it’s very similar to what I bring.
Instagram or Snapchat:
I love Instagram. It’s a great way for me to stay in connected with my Fanbase and keep them posted on my upcoming projects.
Traditional Mani or Nail Art:
I love a traditional Mani for the simple fact that I work out six days a week and Nail art usually won’t last more than two days on my finger nails. I do like mixing colors though to give it some edge.
Blow out or air dry:
I’m a regular at Dry Bar. It makes it a lot easier for me to switch between looks when I get my hair done there. And since there’s not a lot of humidity in California, my blowout last a lot longer even with my workout routine.
NY or LA:
I’m originally from Miami and Los Angeles is closer in weather. I love LA. I visited New York a few times, and even though it’s a beautiful city it is not green enough for me. And definitely way too cold in the winter.
Blush or Bronzer:
Blush all the way. I have a natural tan skin tone that I love so I feel that if I add a bronzer to it, will just mess everything up.
