During the holiday’s it is hard to squeeze in manicures.  Or if you are like me, I change my nail polish color quite often, some times I paint my nails three times a week.  I love painting my nails.  Here are some easy tips to follow and some products that I have been using for my at home manicures.   Step One: First start by taking off any old nail polish from your nails.  Use a nail polisher remover of your choice. Take a little piece of cotton and cover a nail stick and gently clean under your nails.  Then soak your nails in warm water. Now that Thanksgiving is over and we all have over eaten, it’s time to get back on course.  I thought I would post something to help cleanse and detox your system.  Chia Seed Water, is a drink that has many health benefits. It is also so easy to make and you can really just throw some Chia Seeds in a bottle of water (which is what I do, usually).  I like to make individual ones because the longer chia seeds sit in water the more they absorb water and it can get a little thick.
