  If you have missed some Cochon555 events don’t worry there are still more.  I had a great time eating and drinking at their event in San Francisco at Magnolia Brewing Company in Dogpatch.  Cochon555 is a  food event that tours around the US.  What makes this food event so unique is that they partner up with local restaurants in each city they stop at.  The events are focused on raising awareness for heritage breed pigs through an innovative nose-to-tail pig cooking competition.  Cochon visits 20 major cities in North America annually and stages over 60 events.  They have also donated over $500,000 to charities.
