It’s hard to find a multi vitamin that isn’t full of junk.  I have a hard time finding a vitamin that has all real ingredients that are high quality. I recently tried Nourish which is a women’s multi vitamin that helps your body get rid of toxins while keeping you healthy. This is a great women’s multi-vitamin. Now that Thanksgiving is over and we all have over eaten, it’s time to get back on course.  I thought I would post something to help cleanse and detox your system.  Chia Seed Water, is a drink that has many health benefits. It is also so easy to make and you can really just throw some Chia Seeds in a bottle of water (which is what I do, usually).  I like to make individual ones because the longer chia seeds sit in water the more they absorb water and it can get a little thick. I love working out and trying new classes that push me out of my comfort zone.  I constantly try new classes to keep my workouts fun and challenging, so that I don’t fall into a slump.  I tried a class with my friend Nicole at Aura Yoga called Aura Body, TRX Body Blast.  I’ll be totally honest, I had just skipped reading the TRX part, I had no idea what it was and just thought it was the name of the class.  I assumed that it was just going to be a class that would have, cardio, free weights and maybe some other moves.  We were in for a big surprise when we got to class.
