The New Year is upon us and a lot of people started to eat healthy. Swapping out one vegan or vegetarian meal a couple of times a week will make a huge difference in your weight loss goals. This is an easy recipe and it’s really filing.  It’s a great for these cold winter days. You will feel super cozy eating it.   The New Year is approaching and there is no better way to celebrate and ring in the new year with some Champagne Jello Shots! These are so easy to make and they are super fun! What you need: 1 bottle of champagne boiling water 4 packets of unflavored gelatin  optional: Cream soda, sparkling grape juice or sparkling cider. sprinkles, food coloring and cookie cutters (hearts, stars, numbers) edible glitter would be fun,                          24kt gold flakes or pop rocks Directions: Boil water and pour 1/2 cup into a bowl.
