What you need: 1 bottle of champagne boiling water 4 packets of unflavored gelatin  optional: Cream soda, sparkling grape juice or sparkling cider. sprinkles, food coloring and cookie cutters (hearts, stars, numbers) edible glitter would be fun,                          24kt gold flakes or pop rocks Directions: Boil water and pour 1/2 cup into a bowl.
