Urbana Chappa is a celebrity stylist and fashion designer. Elizabeth Minett a former model, has created a new line of luxury candles called Cander Paris. Her line of candles are unique fragrances that she created in France with perfumers.  Growing up near Toronto, Canada and raised in a place where candor was the essence of her culture. She was surrounded by beauty and nature those scents and memories are woven into her candles.
