The New Year is upon us and a lot of people started to eat healthy. Swapping out one vegan or vegetarian meal a couple of times a week will make a huge difference in your weight loss goals. This is an easy recipe and it’s really filing.  It’s a great for these cold winter days. You will feel super cozy eating it.
