portion control plates

Watching your weight and sticking to a diet can be hard.  I know I have a problem with portion control.  I know that serving size is important when you are trying to lose weight or stay fit.  It’s hard to figure out exactly how much food you should put on your plate.  I tried Slimware which are plates that have designs that help you figure out how much you should be eating.  When you see how much food is on your plate you will realize that it’s enough.  It’s really easy to use and I have been loving it!

Some celebrities who also love Slimware are Elisabeth Röhm, Tori Spelling, Kendra Wilkinson, Emily Procter, Kathy Griffin, Rene Russo, Ashlee Simpson, Jennie Garth, Faith Hill, Neil  and Kristin Chenoweth.  They have also been featured in the New York Times, Good Morning America, Allure, The Doctors plus many more.  The plates are also ceramic, the designs are pretty unlike other portion control plates

Slimware’s design is easy to use and it makes you conscious of what you put on your plate.  The first time I used it I immediately noticed how I eat too much carbs whether it be quinoa, brown rice or whatever.  I also thought I wouldn’t be full after eating because the portions did look much smaller than what I normally put on my plate. I was surprisingly full.  When you are conscious of what you are eating it really helps if you are trying to diet, or just maintain your weight.  After, using these for a couple of weeks, it is making me feel healthier because I am aware of what I am putting on my plate.  Being aware of what you are eating makes you choose healthier food choices.  These Slimware plates are a great addition to a healthy lifestyle.
