Chinese New Year starts February 1st, 2022. This year is the year of the Water Tiger. The holiday lasts seven days as a public holiday. I am a huge advocate on living a more sustainable life so that we leave less of a carbon footprint. Little things we do, add up to big things and it makes an impact for the planet.
