  This is a really easy dish to make.  It also looks fancy so that you can easily impress someone with it. Serve it with a toasted brioche or baguette and it will be so good.  It is great for a weekend brunch dish.  I like mine simple just with some salt and pepper but you can pretty much add any type of condiment you would like with eggs.
