By now you have heard of Bulletproof coffee and while that is a trend now.  It may not be healthy for everyone.  It is a lot of calories and is supposed to be a meal replacement.  But the reality of drinking coffee with butter is that it can raise your cholesterol and deprive you of the nutrients you need. Coconut oil in your coffee or tea is better.  It’s better because you can still have your breakfast in the morning and it will increase your metabolism.  It is also like a cleanse so you will be cleaning out your gut when drinking this.  I have been drinking it every morning for a week and have lost 3lbs.
