This is a really easy quinoa salad that is healthy and delicious.  Quinoa is a well known super food, and is gluten-free. Even though it is technically a seed it is prepared like a grain.  It is filled with flavonoids which are antioxidants that help with anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and anti-depressant effects.
