Tolland Weems is a personal trainer based in LA.  Before moving to LA from Arkansas Tolland was a professional Motocross racer since the age of 16. I took a TRX class with Tolland at Aura Yoga and it was the best class I have taken in LA. I love working out and trying new classes that push me out of my comfort zone.  I constantly try new classes to keep my workouts fun and challenging, so that I don’t fall into a slump.  I tried a class with my friend Nicole at Aura Yoga called Aura Body, TRX Body Blast.  I’ll be totally honest, I had just skipped reading the TRX part, I had no idea what it was and just thought it was the name of the class.  I assumed that it was just going to be a class that would have, cardio, free weights and maybe some other moves.  We were in for a big surprise when we got to class.
