Life can get hectic and crazy.  It’s hard to find time for yourself  and that can cause you to feel anxiety, stress and make you feel overwhelmed.  Even though I exercise every morning sometimes I need some quiet time just for myself and I have been listening to Chakra mediations every night. I do it in the evening to release the craziness of the day to allow myself to relax and it has helped me sleep better.  I have been focusing on my Crown Chakra, Heart Chakra and Third Eye Chakra.  I learned that you can eat foods that will help balance your Chakras.
